Qualifications

• Experience in data analysis, vendor management, and compliance.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented with 8+ years of experience in procurement and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for purchase negotiations, purchase order creation, vendor coordination, procurement reporting, data analysis, and other purchase-related activities. Strong hands-on experience in SAP MM Module is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct purchase negotiations with suppliers to achieve cost-effective procurement.
• Oversee & Manager the operational workflow within the SAP MM module.
• Coordinate with vendors for quotations, deliveries, and commercial discussions.
• Monitor procurement activities and ensure timely availability of materials.
• Generate procurement-related reports and management dashboards.
• Analyze purchase data, vendor performance, pricing trends, and inventory requirements.
• Maintain procurement records and documentation accurately.
• Support cross-functional teams in sourcing and procurement activities.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
• Drive process by implementing advanced data visualization via Power BI dashboards and leveraging AI-enabled tools to predict commodity pricing trends, manage demand forecasting, and mitigate supply disruptions.
• Knowledge about Import documents will be added advantage.

Required Qualifications

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (mandatory).
• Additional qualification/certification in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or Materials Management will be an added advantage.

Experience

• 8+ years of relevant experience in procurement/purchase functions.

Technical Skills

• Hands-on experience in SAP MM Module (Mandatory).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Working knowledge of Power BI for reporting and data visualization.
• Familiarity with AI tools for productivity and data analysis.
