Job summary

INFINX is seeking a Manager Financial Reporting & Accounting in Mumbai/Hyderabad to lead monthly/quarterly Ind AS reporting, consolidation, and automation initiatives. You will own closing processes, oversee tax matters, and guide ERP implementations with a focus on internal controls and accuracy.

The role requires hands-on expertise in Ind AS, US taxation concepts, and experience with ERP systems. A CA qualification with multi-entity exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• CA (Finance) from a reputed Tier I or II institute.
• Strong knowledge of Ind AS, consolidation and deferred tax accounting.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Own and review monthly and quarterly Ind AS financial statements.
• Lead consolidated financial reporting, including inter-company eliminations.

JOBDESCRIPTION

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Manager Financial Reporting & Accounting to lead statutory and consolidated financial reporting, automation initiatives, and technical accounting matters. The role requires hands-on ownershipofmonthly and quarterly Ind AS financial statements, driving automation inconsolidation processes, supporting ERP implementations, and providingmanagerial support on US taxation and technical accounting under Ind AS and USGAAP.

KeyResponsibilities

• Own and review monthly andquarterly financial statements in accordance with Ind AS, including schedulesand disclosures.
• Lead consolidated financialreporting, including inter-company eliminations, related party transactions, and group adjustments.
• Drive automation of financialreporting and consolidation processes such as RPT eliminations, deferred taxworkings, and reconciliations.
• Oversee deferred taxcomputations including DTA/DTL, roll-forwards, and reconciliations.
• Manage and optimize month-endand quarter-end close processes to ensure timeliness and accuracy.
• Act as finance lead for ERPimplementation and enhancements including requirement finalization, UAT, andstabilization.
• Strengthen internal controlsover financial reporting, particularly within automated and ERP-drivenenvironments.
• Provide managerial support onUS Federal, State, and Use tax matters and coordinate with external taxadvisors.
• Lead evaluation anddocumentation of technical accounting matters under Ind AS.
• Collaborate withcross-functional stakeholders and external consultants for financial andcompliance matters.
• Review and mentor team members, ensuring technical accuracy and process discipline.
• Provide financial analysis andmanagement reporting to support business decision-making.

QUALIFICATION & SKILLS

• Education: CA (Finance) from a reputed Tier I or Tier II institute.

TechnicalProficiency

• Strong knowledge of Ind AS, consolidation principles, and deferred tax accounting.
• Working knowledge of Ind AS and understanding to US taxation concepts (Federal, State, Use tax).
• Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
• Advanced proficiency in MSExcel and exposure to automation tools.
• Ability to prepare and review technical accounting memos and audit documentation.
