Job description

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager with strong expertise in Ind AS accounting, preparation of financial statements for corporate entities, and hands‑on experience in statutory audits under Ind AS. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical accounting knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to work closely with auditors and stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities


  • Prepare and review Ind AS compliant financial statements for corporate entities, including standalone and consolidated financials

  • Ensure accurate application and implementation of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS)

  • Lead and manage statutory audits conducted under Ind AS, acting as the primary point of contact for auditors

  • Prepare audit schedules, resolve audit queries, and ensure timely closure of audits

  • Review accounting policies, notes to accounts, and disclosures as per statutory requirements

  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and accounting standards

  • Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes

  • Analyze financial results and provide meaningful insights to management

  • Mentor and supervise junior team members to ensure quality and timely deliverables

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as tax, legal, and business teams

  • Assist in implementation of new accounting standards and process improvements

  • Handled team of at list 5 team members


Required Qualifications & Experience


  • Chartered Accountant (CA)

  • 5–8 years of relevant experience for Manager in accounting and financial reporting

  • Strong hands‑on experience in Ind AS accounting and reporting

  • Prior experience in preparing financial statements of corporate entities

  • Proven experience in conducting or handling statutory audits under Ind AS

  • Experience working with Big 4 or reputed audit/consulting firms is preferred


Technical Skills


  • Expert knowledge of Ind AS and Indian statutory requirements

  • Strong understanding of audit processes and documentation

  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Tally / similar)

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and financial reporting tools


Soft Skills


  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

  • Attention to detail and strong ownership mindset

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
