Job summary

UnitedLex in India seeks an operations-focused professional to support the COO with resource planning, governance, and enterprise program delivery. You will help drive capacity alignment and cross-functional coordination across HR, Finance, Legal, Technology, and Delivery teams.

You translate strategic priorities into structured initiatives, track milestones and value realization, and deliver executive updates to support leadership decisions in a fast-paced environment.

• Administrative and Operational Support :
• Help streamline workflows, maintain shared documentation, and improve operational efficiency across the COO’s office.
• Innovation, Automation & Growth Enablement support :
• Support initiatives focused on automation adoption, digital enablement, and innovation-driven operational improvements, contributing to productivity gains, scalable operations, and long-term enterprise value creation
