Job summary

Shoolini University is seeking an experienced Manager – Career Development Centre to lead corporate outreach, recruiter acquisition, industry engagement, and placement opportunities, expanding the university's corporate network and building long-term industry relationships.

The role involves engaging CHROs and HR leaders, onboarding recruiters, creating internship and PPO channels, and maintaining a robust CRM to track conversions.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM/Master’s degree from a reputed institution.
• 7-9 years of relevant experience in corporate relations, university placements, talent acquisition, or employer engagement.
• Experience with premier/Tier-1 universities or reputed higher-education institutions preferred.
• Proven track record in corporate outreach and employer network development.
• Strong existing network among corporates, MNCs, startups, CHROs, HR Heads, and TA leaders.
• Excellent business development, communication, negotiation, networking, and relationship-management skills.
• Strong target orientation with ability to drive outreach-to-conversion.

Responsibilities

• Drive corporate outreach and business development to identify and engage new hiring organizations.
• Build relationships with CHROs, HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Leaders, Business Heads, and senior corporate stakeholders.
• Identify and onboard new recruiters across relevant industries and functions.
• Generate opportunities for placements, internships, live projects, PPOs, and industry engagements.
• Build and manage a strong corporate/recruiter pipeline through outreach, networking, meetings, and follow-ups.
• Represent Shoolini University at corporate meetings, industry forums, conferences, and networking events.
• Develop strategic industry–academia partnerships and sustained hiring opportunities.
• Work with academic teams to understand student profiles and effectively present the University's talent proposition to employers.
• Maintain CRM/MIS of corporate relationships, outreach, opportunities, and conversions.
• Track outreach and recruiter acquisition performance and report outcomes to senior leadership.

Candidate Profile
