Job summary

Shoolini University is seeking an accomplished career services leader to head the Career Development Centre in Gurugram. The role focuses on driving placement outcomes, building strategic corporate partnerships, and strengthening industry engagement across the university network.

You will lead campus recruitment, manage a team, and collaborate with CXOs, HR leaders, and recruiters to achieve hiring targets and improve student outcomes through data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• MBA / Postgraduate degree from a reputed institution.
• 15–20 years of relevant experience in Training & Placements, Corporate Relations, Talent Acquisition, Career Services, or Higher Education.
• Proven track record in corporate engagement, placement leadership, and team management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the University's placement, internship, and career development strategy to achieve hiring targets.
• Build strong relationships with CXOs, CHROs, HR leaders, recruiters, alumni, and industry partners.
• Expand the corporate recruiter network and drive quality placements, internships, PPOs, and industry opportunities.
• Lead campus recruitment, career-readiness programs, industry engagements, and employer-led initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and drive performance of the Career Development Centre team.
• Track placement metrics, recruiter engagement, and student outcomes and provide data-driven insights to senior leadership.
