Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experiencedSenior Manager, to lead our Corporate Relations Team. The ideal candidate willbe responsible for developing and executing placement strategies, buildingstrong industry connections, and ensuring successful placement of our studentsin top IT companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Placement Strategy Development: Lead thedevelopment and execution of effective placement strategies to optimize studentplacement opportunities within the IT sector.
  
• Industry Relationship Management: Build andnurture strong relationships with HR professionals and recruiters in leading ITcompanies to facilitate placement opportunities for our students.
  
• Student Preparation Oversight: Provide oversightand guidance to the team in coordinating with training teams to ensure studentsare adequately prepared for interviews and job roles, offering expertise inresume building, interview skills, and technical competencies.
  
• Placement Drive Management: Direct and overseethe planning and execution of campus placement drives, job fairs, and recruitment events to connect students with potential employers and maximizeplacement outcomes.
  
• Data Management and Analysis: Ensurecomprehensive records of student placements, company feedback, and industrytrends are maintained, utilizing data to continuously enhance placementstrategies and outcomes.
  
• Alumni Engagement Leadership: Lead efforts todevelop and engage an active alumni network to support with placements andprovide mentorship to current students, leveraging alumni connections withinthe industry.
  
• Career Guidance Provision: Offer expert careercounseling and guidance to students, assisting them in making informeddecisions about their career paths and aligning them with suitableopportunities.
  
• Reporting and Strategy Refinement: Prepare andpresent regular reports on placement activities, success rates, and areas forimprovement to the management team, leading the team in utilizing insights torefine strategies and achieve placement goals.
  

Requirements

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree orequivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master’sdegree preferred.
  
• Experience: Minimum of 10-15 years of relevantexperience in corporate relations, placement management, or related roleswithin the IT sector, with demonstrable experience in leadership positions.
