Job summary

PBL Transport Corporation Private Limited in Gujarat invites Management Trainees, Sales & Operations to build a long-term career in transportation & logistics. Selected candidates will undergo a structured 1-year cross-functional training program covering loading, backend and transportation operations.

During training you will gain exposure to customer handling and sales, work in field and office, and after assessment may be placed in Sales, Operations or another relevant function.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Telugu, Hindi and English.
• Willing to work in field-based environments.
• Must have a two-wheeler for travel.
• Must undergo a 1-year training program.
• Willing to provide a 2-year service bond.
• Willing to work in different functions during training.
• Adaptable and eager to learn both ground and office activities.
• Comfortable interacting with employees, drivers, customers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Structured 1-year cross-functional training covering loading activities, backend operations, transportation operations, customer handling and sales.
• Post-training placement in Sales, Operations or another relevant function based on assessment.
• Engage in field and office tasks during training and travel as required.

We are looking for Management Trainees, Sales & Operations who are interested in building a long-term career in the Transportation & Logistics industry.

The selected candidates will undergo a structured 1-year cross-functional training program covering different areas of our business. During this period, candidates will gain practical exposure to loading activities, backend operations, transportation operations, customer handling and sales.

At the end of the training period, candidates will be evaluated based on their performance, skills, learning ability, discipline, communication, problem-solving ability and overall capability. Based on the assessment, they will be placed in a suitable role within Sales, Operations or another relevant function.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Having a personal laptop for work will be an added advantage.
• Comfortable with both field work and office work.
• Having a two-wheeler.
• Good communication skills
