Job summary

Forms+Surfaces Inc is seeking a Management Trainee in Delhi to drive business development with architects and designers. You will present products, secure specifications, and identify opportunities across Delhi NCR while coordinating site visits and project execution with internal teams.

The role requires an MBA (fresh graduates welcome), a science/engineering background, 0–2 years sales experience, strong communication and presentation skills, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• MBA from a reputed university; fresh MBA graduates are welcome.
• Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering is preferred.
• 0–2 years of sales experience in premium building materials, architectural surfaces, luxury products, or related industries is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive business development by meeting architects, interior designers, builders, and consultants.
• Conduct product presentations and secure product specifications for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across Delhi NCR.
• Coordinate site visits, measurements, and project execution with internal teams.
• Act as the key point of contact between clients and the installation team.
• Maintain accurate sales and project updates through the company’s ERP system.
