Job summary

Enn Dee Marbles is seeking a driven professional to develop relationships and business opportunities with architects, interior designers, builders, developers, and other key project stakeholders across Delhi NCR.

You will build a strong network in the architecture and interiors community, identify upcoming projects, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects. Regular field visits across Delhi NCR are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in building materials or related industries.
• Existing relationships with architects/interiors/builders/developers.
• Strong communication and networking skills.
• Willingness to travel across Delhi NCR.

• Meet architects and design firms regularly to introduce products and develop specifications.
• Generate new project leads and convert them into business opportunities.
• Follow up on ongoing projects from specification through to order.
• Maintain a strong network within the architecture, interiors, and construction community.
• Track project activity, client interactions, specifications, and potential orders.
• Coordinate with internal sales and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Represent the company at client meetings, project sites, and industry events when required.

• Maintain a strong network within the architecture, interiors, and construction community.

Ideal Candidate

• Experience in building materials, natural stone, marble, tiles, surfaces, flooring, sanitaryware, lighting, furniture, hardware, or related industries.
• Existing relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, or developers.
• Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable with regular client meetings and field work across Delhi NCR.
• Self-driven and target-oriented with the ability to independently develop new business.
• Candidates with experience in specification sales, project sales, architectural sales, or business development are encouraged to apply.
