Job summary

Forms+Surfaces invites applications for a Management Trainee based in Mumbai. The role focuses on business development, product presentations, and coordinating across projects with architects and designers.

MBA graduates or fresh MBAs are welcome; 0–2 years in sales of premium building materials is preferred. You will travel across Mumbai, build client relationships, and gain hands-on experience under an NATS scheme.

Qualifications

• MBA from a reputed university; fresh MBA graduates welcome.
• Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering preferred.
• 0–2 years of sales experience in premium building materials or related industries preferred.
• Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Willing to travel extensively across Mumbai; own 4-wheeler preferred.
• Self-motivated, quick learner, and collaborative team player.
• Proficient in MS Office/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct product presentations and secure product specifications for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across Mumbai.
