Position Management Trainee/Relationship Manager

Job Profile

Our client is urgently seeking a full-time, on-site Management trainee/Relationship Manager based in Surat to drive sales of its products and services. The ideal candidate should be a quick learner with strong negotiation skills and the ability to present offerings effectively. The role involves presentations, networking events, and client interactions, requiring a professional and personable approach.

• The MT/RM will oversee client relationships, ensure client satisfaction, and act as a bridge between clients and the company's offerings.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure high service quality and identify new sales opportunities, and identify opportunities to provide value-added services or solutions.
• Additionally, the individual will analyse client needs, assist in achieving their financial goals, and work collaboratively with the internal teams to optimise client experiences.
• Manage the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, relationship building, and deal closure.
