Job summary

RR Investors Capital Services is seeking a Relationship Manager (Financial Products Sales) to drive B2B sales and manage client relationships across insurance, mutual funds, IPOs, and bonds. The role involves direct client interaction, portfolio reviews, and developing sales strategies to address client business needs.

You will create plans, advise on profitable processes, and schedule regular meetings to ensure client satisfaction. Graduate candidates with 2+ years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Client Relations Manager or Relationship Manager.
• Customer-oriented attitude and strong communication.
• Excellent negotiation skills and ability to handle clients.
• Experience in B2B sales.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships and portfolios for clients; act as main point of contact.
• Advise on financial products across insurance, mutual funds, and bonds.
• Develop and implement sales strategies; upsell/cross-sell services.
• Schedule regular meetings and resolve client queries promptly.
• Interact directly with clients and review portfolios for updates.

We are urgently looking for a Relationship Manager (Financial Products Sales)

Location

New Delhi / Borivali Mumbai

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all aspects of products of Insurance (Corporate Insurance/Mutual Fund IPO, BOND ).
• Candidate will be responsible for B2B Sales.
• Managing investments & maintaining Client relationships, interact directly with clients, reviewing their portfolios, giving regular updates, resolving their queries
• Create plans to address clients business needs
• Advise clients on creating profitable processes
• Schedule regular meetings with customers to ensure they are satisfied
• Act as point of contact for complaints and elevate issues as appropriate
• Help sales team up-sell or cross-sell services and product
• Developing and implementing sales strategies for the business across all channels.

Requirements and skills

• Proven experience as a Client Relations Manager or Relationship Manager.
