Qualifikationen

• 0–2 years of corporate experience (prior management consulting, corporate strategy, or pharma sector is a plus).
• Excellent analytical thinking, data interpretation, and advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Role Overview

This is a high-visibility, development-focused role designed to provide strategic, administrative, and analytical support directly to the Directors. You will work side-by-side with the executive leadership team, gaining unmatched exposure to strategic decision-making and core organizational processes.

Career Path

Key Responsibilities

Strategic & Analytical Support

• Provide comprehensive strategic, administrative, and analytical backing to the Board of Directors.
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, investor presentations, and high-capital investment business cases.
• Conduct data analysis and business research to enable data-driven, informed decision-making.
• Prepare high-impact reports, executive presentations, and vital business documentation.

Project Management & Execution

• Track ongoing projects and proactively follow up with internal teams to ensure timely deliverables.
• Liaise across cross-functional teams to drive the smooth execution of corporate initiatives.
• Support strategic and operational projects as assigned by the leadership team.
• Drive process improvement and organizational efficiency initiatives.

Governance & Operations

• Maintain the highest level of confidentiality regarding sensitive business and financial information.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks related to daily business operations and changing leadership requirements.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Education: MBA / PGDM from a premier business school, or a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy/Science/Finance with a strong analytical background.
• Experience: 0–2 years of corporate experience (Prior experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or the pharma sector is a plus).
• Skills: Excellent analytical thinking, data interpretation, and advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
