• Lead cross-functional mini-projects and present outcomes to senior leadership.
• Attend leadership workshops and stay updated with industry trends and tools.

About the Role:

We are looking for highpotential, energetic, and ambitious Management Trainees (Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain Management, Human Resources) with a strong engineering foundation and postgraduate management education. This role is designed for individuals who demonstrate initiative, curiosity, leadership potential, and hunger for rapid learning. As a Management Trainee, you will undergo structured rotations across key business functions to develop into a future leader within our organization.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Instrumentation, Industrial Engineering, Electrical, Production, Chemical, Electronics, IT, etc.)
• Postgraduate degree in Management (MBA / PGDM) -
• Strong academic track record and demonstrated leadership through internships, projects, competitions, or extracurriculars.

Experience Level:- 0 to 3 Years.
