Job summary

The BrimincSoftech in Pune is seeking a Creative & Design Analyst to join its visuals team. You will elevate brand storytelling via G-Slides, G-Sites, Figma and Synthesia, crafting graphics, layouts and training content while adhering to brand guidelines.

With 4–6 years of experience, you’ll collaborate across departments to produce print and digital materials, maintain consistency, and develop high-fidelity mockups while staying ahead of design trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field.
• Professional experience in visual design, preferably in a creative agency or design studio.
• Proven experience in Visual Design, showcasing expertise in G-Sites, G-Slides, Figma and Synthesia.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
• Strong grasp of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Organizational prowess and ability to meet deadlines.
• Innovative mindset with a drive for continuous improvement.
• Video editing experience is advantageous.
• Working knowledge of other web development technologies like Framer.
