About the Role:

We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer with a sharp eye for aesthetics, strong conceptual thinking, and the ability to translate ideas into visually impactful designs. The ideal candidate should be comfortable leading design projects end-to-end — from brainstorming and conceptualization to final execution — while mentoring junior designers and collaborating with the content, strategy, and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and design creative assets for digital, print, and social media platforms.
• Develop branding and visual identity systems, ensuring consistency across all communication touchpoints.
• Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and clients to deliver compelling campaigns.
• Manage multiple design projects with tight deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality.
• Lead brainstorming and creative review sessions, contributing innovative ideas and approaches.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, reviewing their work and helping them grow creatively.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to keep the creative output fresh and relevant.
• Prepare and present design concepts to clients with clarity and confidence.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of professional experience in a design or creative agency environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, layout, typography, color theory, and digital design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, XD/Figma).
