Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 25 years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing visually compelling designs across digital and print platforms while ensuring consistency with the organizations brand identity.

The candidate should have a strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, layouts, and visual communication, along with the ability to translate business requirements into effective creative concepts.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative designs for social media, digital campaigns, websites, presentations, brochures, posters, banners, internal communications, and other marketing collaterals.
• Create engaging visual content in line with the organization’s brand guidelines and communication objectives.
• Collaborate with the Marketing, HR, Business, and other internal teams to understand design requirements and deliver creative solutions.
• Conceptualize and execute design ideas from brief to final artwork.
• Adapt and resize designs for different platforms, formats, and communication channels.
• Ensure consistency in branding, typography, colors, imagery, layouts, and overall visual language across all creatives.
• Work on presentations, corporate profiles, promotional materials, event creatives, and other business communication assets.
• Edit and enhance images, illustrations, and other visual assets as required.
• Stay updated with current design trends, visual styles, social media formats, and creative tools.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
• Incorporate feedback and make revisions efficiently while maintaining the overall creative intent.
• Organize and maintain design files, templates, source files, and other creative assets systematically.
• Coordinate with external agencies, printers, photographers, or other vendors wherever required.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of graphic design principles, composition, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Canva, or equivalent software.
• Knowledge of Figma and/or Adobe XD will be an added advantage.
• Good understanding of designing for social media and digital platforms.
• Ability to understand briefs and convert concepts into visually effective designs.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to visual quality.
• Good creative thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and work within defined timelines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant professional experience in graphic design.
• A strong and updated portfolio showcasing relevant design work is mandatory.
