Snabbit is seeking a sharp Business Analyst - MIS to drive data-powered decisions across our hyperlocal home-services platform in Bengaluru. You will build and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and trackers, and translate numbers into clear insights for stakeholders.

The role requires 1-3 years in MIS or analytics, strong Excel skills, and knowledge of SQL/Python for automation. You will collaborate with Operations, Product, Growth, and Finance teams to improve reporting efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of MIS, business analytics, or related experience.
• Experience in B2C, consumer internet, or marketplace domain is preferred.
• Strong Excel skills including Pivot Tables and advanced formulas.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, dashboards, and business trackers.
• Analyse business performance across cities, categories, and customer segments.
• Track key business and operational metrics and highlight trends, gaps, and anomalies.
• Validate and double-check data to ensure accuracy and consistency across reports.
• Translate data into clear and actionable insights for business stakeholders.
• Work closely with Operations, Category, Product, Growth, and Finance teams to support reporting and analysis requirements.
• Conduct root-cause analysis to understand performance deviations and identify improvement areas.

• Support ad-hoc analysis and reporting requirements based on changing business priorities.
• Improve existing reporting processes and identify opportunities to make reporting faster and more efficient.
• Manage multiple reporting requirements and deliver accurate outputs within tight timelines.

About the Role

We are looking for a sharp, analytical, and detail-oriented Business Analyst - MIS to support data-driven decision-making across Snabbit.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build and maintain reports, track business performance, identify trends and gaps, and automate recurring reporting processes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, has strong attention to detail, and can convert numbers into simple, actionable insights.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, or a related discipline.
• 1-3 years of experience in MIS, business analytics, revenue operations, pricing, or a similar role.
• Experience in B2C, consumer internet, marketplace, e-commerce, or consumer tech is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including Pivot Tables, Lookups, and advanced formulas.
• Working knowledge of SQL and Python, particularly Pandas and NumPy.
• Experience in automating recurring reports, data checks, or alerts is a plus.
• Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Metabase is a plus.
• High attention to detail and a habit of double-checking numbers before sharing reports.
• Ability to identify patterns in data and explain them simply and clearly.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a structured approach to working with data.
• Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and managing tight timelines.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced startup environment with shifting priorities.

Good to Have

• Experience in a consumer internet, marketplace, e-commerce, hyperlocal, or high-growth startup.
• Exposure to revenue operations, pricing, business performance, or operational analytics.
• Experience working with large datasets and building automated reporting workflows.
• Understanding of customer funnels, business metrics, and operational performance.
• Experience working directly with cross-functional business teams.
