Associate/Sr. Associate – MIS – Acko

We are seeking a talented MIS Analyst (Sr. Associate) with a strong background in data analytics to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure our data reporting accuracy, timeliness, and effectiveness. In this role, you will regularly coordinate with finance, product, business, and other key stakeholders to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure that targets are met. You will manage ad-hoc requests from various departments, discuss daily, weekly, and monthly performance with stakeholders, and efficiently handle outage scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with finance, product, business, and other stakeholders regularly.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs to ensure they meet targets and identify areas for improvement.
• Manage ad-hoc data and reporting requests from Finance and other functions.
• Responsible for daily/weekly/monthly reports.
• Effectively manage outage scenarios and ensure continuity in reporting processes.
• Maintain data integrity and take ownership of the MIS delivery process.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting across all business functions.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated standard reports.
• Collaborate with IT teams to enhance data governance, ensuring data security and privacy.
• Document and maintain data processes, ensuring proper documentation of reporting procedures.
• Stay updated on industry trends in data analytics and MIS, recommending best practices.

Requirements

• Any Degree with 1-4 years of relevant experience in data analytics or MIS.
• Proficiency in SQL and strong MS Excel skills.
• Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau.
• Self-motivated, with a strong sense of personal accountability.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
