Job summary

Join Jobaaj Com's client-facing management consulting team as an Associate. You will lead project workstreams, develop strategic recommendations, and drive high-impact client engagements across industries.

You will build strong client relationships, independently manage multiple streams, create presentations and deliverables, and mentor Analysts while contributing to business proposals. Travel to international destinations will be required.

Qualifications

• B.Tech/B.E. from a Tier-1 institute (IITs, NITs, DTU) or CA or MBA/PGDM from Tier-1 B-school.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Exposure to Retail, BFSI, Healthcare, or related sectors.
