ANSR is seeking an experienced Associate Client Partner to manage a broad set of programs and ensure successful delivery of GCC initiatives. You will liaise between clients and management, fulfill contracts, and identify opportunities to maximize value.

The role requires MBA from a top-tier college, consulting experience (Big 4/MBB), and strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills to drive revenue and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Full time MBA from a Tier-1 college.
  • Experience in consulting firms (Big 4/MBB).
  • Proven experience as Client Partner.
  • Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques.
  • Excellent knowledge of performance evaluation techniques and key metrics.
  • Outstanding knowledge of data analysis, reporting and budgeting.
  • Business acumen with strategic ability.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Act as liaison between clients and management for business executions.
  • Ensure contracts are fulfilled and the services and products are deployed.
  • Understand client needs and identify business opportunities.
  • Negotiate business contracts and costs with customers as needed.
  • Develop customized programs to meet client needs.
  • Provide client consultations about company products or services.

  • Build positive and productive relationships with clients.

Preferred Experience and Skills:
  • Experience in a GCC Setup
  • Professional service delivery experience in a multi-national organization
  • Conceptual knowledge of modern enterprise technology
  • Understanding of CSAT/NPS frameworks
  • Hands-on with Microsoft Office and tool
