The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of SAP delivery experience and 7 years in account management. Responsibilities include managing SAP and Cloud Infra engagements, driving innovations in AMS services, and supporting the pre-sales team. Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of SAP, Cloud Infra AMS build & run engagements.
• Manage Delivery from Onsite & offshore SAP AMS team.
• Support pre-sales team in RFP process and solutioning.
• Support pre-sales team in RFP process, solutioning, estimations and skills identification
• Drive innovations in improving the outcomes from AMS services
• Conduct governance meetings with client & present metrics
• Support client in new initiatives/projects/proposals
• Should be comfortable in fixed price, T&M and shared operation team(s) engagement
