Job Description

• Minimum 15+ years of working as an SAP Delivery experience
• Minimum 7+ years of account management experience
• Minimum 5+ years of managing deliveries in onshore/offshore model
• Manage a portfolio of SAP, Cloud Infra AMS build & run engagements
• Manage Delivery from Onsite & offshore SAP AMS team
• Manage escalations & customer communications
• Support pre‑sales team in RFP process, solutioning, estimations and skills identification
• Drive innovations in improving the outcomes from AMS services
• Conduct governance meetings with client & present metrics
• Support client in new initiatives/projects/proposals
• Should be comfortable in fixed price, T&M and shared operation team(s) engagement.
• Minimum 15+ years of working as an SAP Delivery experience
• Minimum 7+ years of account management experience
• Minimum 5+ years of experience managing deliveries in onshore/offshore model
• Minimum 5+ years of client handling experience in manage
