Job summary

Black and White Business Solutions in Bengaluru seeks an MSP Associate (NAM) with 3+ years of MSP operations experience, to manage payroll, invoicing, and financial reporting. The role requires strong MS Excel skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a night-shift aligned with North American hours.

Qualifications include a B.Com/BBA/Finance or related field; MBA is an added advantage. Excellent communication and stakeholder management are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in MSP operations, finance, billing, invoicing, staffing, payroll support, or contingent workforce management.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office; strong communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to work night shifts aligned with North American business hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll, invoicing, billing, and reconciliation activities.
• Process and validate invoices and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate billing and financial records.
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc operational, finance, compliance, and management reports.
• Handle client and supplier queries and ensure timely resolution.
• Manage new supplier onboarding and conduct supplier kickoff calls.
• Conduct monthly supplier engagement sessions.
• Support invoice processing and MI reconciliation activities.
• Work with internal teams and suppliers to improve operational efficiency and compliance.
• Manage multiple tasks while ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
