Ics Realty is seeking a Centre Director to lead mall operations at CP67 Mall, Mohali, ensuring profitable growth and excellent tenant management. The role requires hands-on P&L, budgeting, and EBITDA oversight, with a focus on driving footfall and retail performance.

You will manage mall operations, facilities, safety compliance, and marketing-driven revenue strategies, while leading a team and strengthening retailer partnerships for sustainable business expansion.

Qualifications

• Candidates from Mall Operations / Mall Business will be considered.
• Experience: 15–20 years overall, with at least 5 years in mall industry.
• Strong understanding of mall P&L, budgeting, EBITDA, revenue generation, and cost control.

We are looking for a dynamic Centre Director with hands-on experience in mall operations and a comprehensive understanding of the malls P & L. Mandatory Experience and EligibilityCandidates ONLY from Mall Operations / Mall Business will be considered.1520 years of overall experience, with at least 5 years of relevant experience in the mall industry. Strong understanding of mall Pand L, budgeting, EBITDA, revenue generation, and cost control. Current mall trading density should be in the range of 1,500–1,700 or above. Proven expertise in managing mall performance, tenant relationships, and business growth.
