Job summary

Pacific Mall invites an experienced Head of Mall to oversee strategic direction, operations, and guest experience at the Delhi location. You will drive leasing strategies, optimize tenant mix, and ensure high standards of safety and service.

You will lead cross-functional teams across operations, technical services, tenant management, and marketing, reporting to the Vice President. A 10+ year background in commercial real estate or retail, with mall leadership, is preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in commercial real estate or retail management.
• 5+ years leading full-scale mall operations.
• MBA or related advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leasing & tenant relations to optimize tenant mix and reduce vacancies.
• Oversee facilities management, safety, and vendor performance against SLAs.
• Lead marketing and guest experience initiatives to boost footfall and sales.

Position Overview

The Head of Mall oversees the strategic direction, operational management, commercial performance, and guest experience of [Pacific Mall].

Key Responsibilities

• Leasing & Tenant Relations: Partner with leasing teams to optimize tenant mix and minimize vacancy. Manage senior tenant relationships, key lease renewals, and fit-out approvals.
• Property & Technical Operations: Oversee facilities management, MEP maintenance, security, cleaning, and parking. Manage third-party vendors against strict SLAs and enforce safety, security, and compliance protocols.
• Marketing & Customer Experience: Oversee marketing, events, and loyalty programs to drive footfall and retailer sales. Continuous improvement of the overall visitor experience.
• Team Leadership: Manage and develop cross-functional heads across operations, technical services, tenant management, and marketing.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Real Estate, Facilities Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Experience: 10+ years in commercial real estate or retail management, with 5+ years leading full-scale shopping mall operations.
