Job summary

The candidate should hold an ITI/diploma in mechanical or electrical fields with 1–3 years of facilities experience and hands-on skills in basic electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC tasks; be willing to work shifts or be on call.

Qualifications

• Read manuals/drawings and perform basic electrical/mechanical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems to identify issues and schedule timely repairs.
• Perform preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot and repair faults in machinery, basic electrical circuits, and building components (doors, windows, fixtures).
• Maintain inventory of tools, spare parts, and maintenance records/CMMS.
• Follow safety procedures, including lockout/tagout and company policies, and report hazards or incidents.
