Job summary

ZEISS India in Bengaluru seeks an experienced HVAC technician to install, maintain and repair air handling systems across ZEISS facilities. You will diagnose faults, perform preventive maintenance and commission units to ensure uninterrupted production and employee comfort.

The role requires 4–5 years in manufacturing, ITI HVAC or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, and readiness to work after hours as required. You will collaborate with site teams to uphold safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• ITI HVAC or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• 4–5 years experience in a process-driven manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams.
• Willingness to work after hours, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair HVAC systems and equipment at ZEISS sites.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults and perform repairs.
• Conduct leak tests, charge refrigerants and commission HVAC units.
• Keep logs and reports, ensure compliance with health & safety regulations.
