• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, equipment manuals, and maintenance procedures.
• Strong attention to safety standards, housekeeping, and compliance with company policies.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Maintenance Technician role based in Pune City. The Maintenance Technician will perform routine and corrective maintenance on production equipment and support systems used in die manufacturing and heat treatment processes. Responsibilities include inspecting machinery, identifying technical issues, executing repairs, and implementing preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime. The role involves troubleshooting mechanical and basic electrical faults, coordinating with production teams to prioritize maintenance activities, and maintaining accurate records of maintenance work and spare parts usage. The Maintenance Technician will also support continuous improvement initiatives for equipment reliability, safety, and overall plant efficiency.
