Job summary

Pentair is seeking a hands-on ITI Fitter to support maintenance on extrusion blow molding machinery and related systems. The role involves breakdown repairs, preventive tasks, and equipment installation across three shifts.

Local candidates preferred for this on-site position. Candidate should have 2–4 years of relevant experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• ITI Fitter with 2-4 years of relevant experience.
• Willing to work in 3 shifts and local candidates preferred.
• Experience with extrusion blow molding machinery and pumps.

Responsibilities

• Attend hands-on breakdowns in electrical, mechanical, and utilities.
• Assist for new equipment installation.
• Carry out mechanical troubleshooting on extrusion blow molding machinery and related components.
• Perform breakdown maintenance, improvements, and modifications.
• Daily safety and gap closure, air leakage and red tag discussions.
• Attend paging and daily minor discrepancies on the line.
• Inspect tool kits and monitor water and powder levels in tanks.

Key Result Areas:

• Attending hands on to breakdown in Electrical/ Mechanical / Utilities
• Assist for new equipment installation.
• Mechanical troubleshooting on extrusion blow molding machinery, including parison, clamping units, and blow pin assemblies, CNC milling machines (spindle repairs, ball screw inspections, and lube system clearing), Centrifugal & reciprocating pumps maintenance, gearbox overhauling, pneumatic & hydraulic system maintenance, conveyors, diaphragm pump maintenance.
• Breakdown maintenance/improvements/modifications
• Daily safety observation closure/Gemba points closure/Closure of Air leakage points/RED tag discussions
• Attending paging and daily minor discrepances on the line.
• Tool kit inspection
• Daily monitoring of ETP water level and powder level of last tank

Qualifications - ITI Fitter with 2-4 years relevant experience.

The position involves working in 3 shifts.
