Job summary

Dhamija Grinders is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor (Mechanical & Electrical) to oversee the upkeep of plant machinery at our Ghaziabad area facility. You will manage preventive maintenance and respond to breakdowns to minimize downtime.

Ideal candidates hold ITI/ Diploma/ B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical or related field, with hands-on experience in spice/FMCG environments, and proven ability to plan maintenance cycles and coordinate with vendors and on-site teams.

Qualifications

• ITI / Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical or relevant qualification.
• Strong hands-on maintenance & troubleshooting experience.
• Experience in Spice/FMCG/Food Processing industry preferred.
• Good knowledge of industrial machinery and electrical systems.
• Ability to independently handle breakdowns and preventive maintenance.
