Job summary

Group Bayport is seeking a proactive Maintenance Supervisor for our Bilaspur facility. The role focuses on leading maintenance operations, ensuring equipment reliability, reducing downtime, and maintaining a safe working environment.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with mechanical and electrical systems, supervises teams, and implements preventive maintenance strategies to keep production running smoothly.

Shift is 9 PM to 6 AM; full-time; 2–5 years of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field.
• 2–5 years of experience in maintenance operations within manufacturing/industrial environment.
• Prior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance planning and execution.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings/diagrams.
• Excellent maintenance planning, problem solving, and safety compliance skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide maintenance technicians to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Plan, schedule, and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities to maximize uptime.
• Monitor equipment performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and operational issues efficiently.
• Coordinate maintenance shutdowns, installations, and commissioning of machinery.
• Maintain records of maintenance work, inspections, and equipment history.
• Ensure availability of spare parts and coordinate with procurement.
• Collaborate with production teams to align maintenance with operations.
• Conduct root cause analysis for recurring failures and implement solutions.

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Maintenance Supervisor to lead and coordinate daily maintenance operations within our facility. This role is critical in ensuring equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide maintenance technicians to ensure timely and effective completion of tasks.

Required Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in maintenance operations within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Prior experience in a supervisory or team leadership role is preferred.
