Job summary

You will supervise technicians, plan preventive maintenance, analyze failures, and collaborate with production to align schedules. A mechanical or electrical engineering background with 2–5 years of supervisory experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• 2–5 years of experience in maintenance operations within a manufacturing environment.
• Prior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.

Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Maintenance Supervisor to lead and coordinate daily maintenance operations within our facility. This role is critical in ensuring equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands‑on experience in mechanical and electrical systems, along with the ability to supervise teams, solve complex problems, and implement preventive maintenance strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide maintenance technicians to ensure timely and effective completion of tasks.
• Plan, schedule, and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities to maximize equipment uptime.
• Monitor equipment performance and reliability, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and operational issues efficiently.
• Coordinate maintenance shutdowns, installations, and commissioning of machinery.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, inspections, and equipment history.
• Ensure availability of spare parts and manage inventory in coordination with procurement teams.
• Collaborate with production teams to align maintenance schedules with operational needs.
• Conduct root cause analysis for recurring failures and implement long‑term solutions.
• Enforce safety policies, procedures, and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Train and mentor team members to enhance technical skills and performance.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field.
• 2–5 years of experience in maintenance operations within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Prior experience in a supervisory or team leadership role is preferred.
