Job summary

Kirloskar Brothers Limited is seeking an experienced HPML foundry maintenance supervisor to lead our maintenance team for safe and efficient operation of foundry equipment. You will oversee maintenance and repair across electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems in HPML and ARPA foundries.

Key responsibilities include leading breakdown and preventive maintenance, managing teams, and driving TPM, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Job description

Purpose of this role

An experienced HPML foundry maintenance supervisor to lead our maintenance team in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our foundry equipment's and machines. Oversee the maintenance and repair of foundry equipment, including electrical, mechanical and hydraulics.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead breakdown, preventive, and planned maintenance activities in HPML and ARPA foundries.
• Manage maintenance teams, shift operations, and manpower planning.
• Ensure equipment reliability through effective maintenance scheduling and execution.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Handle PLC programming, troubleshooting, and system modifications.
• Drive predictive maintenance and equipment improvement initiatives.
• Manage critical spares, maintenance stores, and SAP PM activities.
• Ensure compliance with IMS, GreenCo, TPM, and safety standards.
• Support machine upgrades, cost optimization, and continuous improvement projects.

Secondary Responsibilities

• Train and develop maintenance team members.
• Promote workplace safety and participate in safety initiatives.
• Support production teams in Autonomous Maintenance activities.
