Role Description

The Maintenance Service Technician is a full-time, on‑site role based in Bengaluru South. This role is responsible for performing routine and corrective maintenance in residential properties, including minor repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance tasks. The technician will respond to service requests, diagnose issues, and carry out troubleshooting on‑site, coordinating with the property management team when specialized support is required. Daily activities include visiting assigned properties, interacting with tenants and landlords, documenting work completed, and ensuring all maintenance tasks meet safety and quality standards. The role also involves providing courteous customer service, maintaining tools and equipment, and adhering to company protocols and timelines.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Maintenance & Repair and general Maintenance for residential properties.
• Ability to perform effective Troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
• Experience in Field Service work, including on‑site visits and independent task management.
• Demonstrated Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with tenants and property owners.
• Basic knowledge of building systems, tools, and safety procedures.
• Ability to read and follow work orders, checklists, and standard operating procedures.
• Physical capability to perform hands‑on maintenance tasks, including lifting, bending, and working for extended periods on‑site.
• Prior experience in property maintenance, facility management, or a similar role is preferred.
• Relevant vocational training, technical certification, or trade qualification in maintenance or a related field is an advantage.
