Qualifications

• ITI or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of maintenance experience in properties.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry and civil repair works.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repair work across residential and commercial properties.
