Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee preventive and breakdown maintenance activities for plant equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and diagnose faults in a timely manner.
• Manage utility maintenance for boilers, compressors, DG sets, HVAC, pumps, and ETP/STP.
• Control spare parts inventory and optimize costs.
• Apply RCA techniques and TPM to improve maintenance processes.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans and schedules.
• Coordinate procurement with vendors and manage AMC contracts.
• Ensure safety compliance, supervise permit-to-work, and conduct calibrations.
• Maintain detailed maintenance records and oversee CAPA actions.
• Utilize SAP/CMMS to track work orders and generate reports.
• Drive energy management initiatives and cost containment.

• Responsible for overseeing preventive and breakdown maintenance activities, ensuring efficient and smooth operation of all equipment.
• Conduct equipment troubleshooting and fault diagnosis to identify and address issues in a timely manner.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of electrical and mechanical maintenance practices, with the ability to work on PLC/Automation systems.
• Manage utility maintenance for various equipment such as boilers, compressors, DG sets, HVAC systems, pumps, and ETP/STP units.
• Efficiently handle spare parts inventory management to ensure availability while optimizing costs.
• Utilize root cause analysis (RCA) techniques and TPM principles to improve overall maintenance processes.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans and schedules to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
• Coordinate with vendors for procurement, as well as manage Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) effectively.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, oversee the permit-to-work system, and conduct equipment calibrations and inspections.
• Maintain detailed documentation and records of all maintenance activities, including CAPA implementation for continuous improvement.
• Proficient in SAP/CMMS maintenance software to track work orders, manage spare parts, and generate reports.
• Drive energy management initiatives and cost control measures to optimize resource utilization.
