Job summary

Ashok Iron Group is seeking a Deputy/Manager Maintenance for its Transmission and Heat Treatment operations in Belagavi. The role focuses on hands-on mechanical maintenance of foundry equipment and team leadership during maintenance shifts.

The ideal candidate will have UG graduation and experience in PM, MTTR, MTBF, and crane maintenance, with core shop maintenance exposure being advantageous.

Qualifications

• UG: Any Graduate
• Hands-on experience in mechanical maintenance of foundry equipment
• Team handling experience is preferred
• Core shop dept Maintenance will be an advantage

Responsibilities

• Hands-on mechanical maintenance of foundry equipment.
• Lead and mentor maintenance team on shift operations.
• Plan and monitor PM, MTTR, MTBF, and EOT cranes maintenance.
