Daksh Manpower And Skill Development is seeking a Maintenance Manager/Deputy Manager to oversee the maintenance of cosmetic industry machinery and plant utilities in an operations-driven environment.

The role requires expertise in boilers, chillers, HVAC and water systems, with audit compliance to ISO 9001:2015, GMP and WHO standards. You will manage budgets, vendors, and projects and work within CMMS/SAP-PM workflows.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of cosmetic and personal care machinery.
• Experience with maintenance in pharma/cosmetics environments.
• Strong understanding of preventive maintenance practices.

Responsabilités

• Manage utilities such as boilers, chillers, HVAC, and RO water systems.
• Oversee audits (internal, external, customer) for ISO 9001:2015, GMP, WHO.
• Handle maintenance budgets, vendors, and projects.
