Job summary

• Maintain seamless running of the facility and equipment through effective facility management.
• Act as repair manager, implementing preventive maintenance and inspections of all equipment.
• Adhere to safety standards and legal regulations while executing maintenance management.
• Train, guide and evaluate maintenance staff.
• Learn about new processes, procedures and equipment used in the industry and adopt relevant processes into the company’s maintenance management work for new development.
• Document and submit reports to stakeholders regarding budgets, progress and time schedules.
• Supervise the condition of all equipment, identifying potential upgrades and maintenance needs as part of a preventive maintenance plan.
• Manage maintenance budgets ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
• Collaborate with R&D for new process development and scale‑up.
