1. Cluster Maintenance & Uptime Management
- Oversee the end-to-end preventative and breakdown maintenance of multiple EV infrastructure sites simultaneously across the cluster.
- Ensure maximum uptime and reliability for all charging hardware, specifically focusing on high-capacity 240KW DC fast chargers and battery swapping systems.
- Drive standardization in O&M execution, ensuring all operational sites follow unified servicing and technical benchmarks.
2. Team Leadership & Contractor Governance
- Lead and mentor a team of Maintenance Managers and Site Technicians to ensure high performance, quick response times, and execution rigor.
- Manage a diverse portfolio of maintenance contractors, spare part vendors, and electrical OEMs.
- Define and monitor SLAs, ensuring vendors meet strict Turn-Around Time (TAT) requirements for breakdown resolutions and quality specifications.
3. Regulatory, Utility & Safety Compliance
- Act as the senior escalation point for interactions with DISCOMs regarding operational load management, power outage resolutions, and periodic infrastructure audits.
- Enforce \"Zero-Compromise\" safety standards across all operational hubs.
- Ensure strict compliance with Fire NOCs, routine safety audits, and regulatory site inspections.
4. Financial & Spares Oversight
- Manage the OPEX and maintenance budget for the cluster, ensuring cost-optimization without compromising asset reliability or safety.
- Oversee localized inventory and procurement of critical operational spares (cables, modules, connectors) to prevent downtime bottlenecks.
- Validate and approve vendor invoices against physical maintenance milestones and SLA adherence.
5. Monitoring, Reporting & Governance
- Maintain real-time visibility of station health through CMS (Charging Management Software) and digital dashboards.
- Publish Weekly Operations & Maintenance Reports (WOMR) for the Regional Head, highlighting uptime metrics, recurring fault trends, and predictive maintenance plans.
- Collaborate closely with the Projects team during \"Post-Commissioning Handover\" to ensure seamless transition of new sites into the O&M portfolio.
