Job summary

Cosmo Films in Maharashtra, India, seeks an experienced maintenance engineer to oversee BOPP plant operations. You will lead preventive and breakdown maintenance, coordinate a team for lubrication, and monitor equipment health through vibration, temperature, and noise checks, ensuring proper tool indenting and upkeep.

The role requires familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISCC+ and BRCGS standards and maintaining related certifications and documentation.

Qualifications

• Should have knowledge about requirement under ISO 9001, ISO – 14001, ISO – 45001, ISCC+ and BRCGS Standards.

Responsibilities

• Preventive & breakdown maintenance in BOPP Plant of BRUCKNER (8.7 mtrs line).
• Coordinate & guide team members for proper lubrication in all the equipments mentioned.
• Monitor the health of machines through routine checks: vibration, bearing condition, temperature & noise levels.
• Checked & indent all required tools and items.
• Handling all maintenance work with manpower adjustment.
• Maintaining BRC certification related documents.
