Job summary

Atharv Consultants seeks an experienced maintenance engineer for plants in Maharashtra. The role covers preventive and breakdown maintenance across mechanical and electrical systems, boilers, compressors, RO-ETP, HVAC and utilities, with focus on TPM, Kaizen and energy management.

Candidates should have a Diploma/BE in Mechanical Engineering and 7–10 years' relevant experience. Knowledge of LOTO, FSSC 22000 and HACCP is desirable, as is exposure to PLC/automation.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
• Diploma or B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems.
• Maintain boilers, compressors, RO-ETP, HVAC and utilities.
• Implement TPM and Kaizen to improve equipment reliability.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis for failures.
• Ensure PLC/automation integration and energy management.
• Follow LOTO procedures and ensure statutory compliance with FSSC 22000 and HACCP.
