Job summary

Aamrakunj Realty is seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer to oversee LT panels, DBs, transformers, DG sets, UPS and building services across the property.

You will monitor power distribution, troubleshoot faults, supervise technicians and coordinate with external contractors while ensuring electrical safety and statutory compliance. On‑site role based in Ahmedabad district, Gujarat.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ITI/BE/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or equivalent required.
• Experience in electrical maintenance of building/facility management.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems including panels, DG, UPS, motors and pumps.
• Experience in troubleshooting electrical breakdowns.
• Ability to manage technicians, contractors and electrical vendors.
• Knowledge of electrical safety practices and statutory compliance.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to attend emergency maintenance requirements when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain LT panels, DBs, transformers, DG sets, UPS, batteries, pumps, motors and other electrical equipment.
• Monitor electrical supply, load distribution and power consumption.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults, breakdowns and equipment failures and ensure timely rectification.
• Maintain lighting systems, common-area electrical installations, wiring, switches, sockets and related equipment.
• Coordinate with external electrical contractors, AMC vendors and service providers.
• Supervise maintenance and repair work carried out by technicians and contractors.
• Maintain preventive maintenance schedules and equipment/service records.
• Conduct regular inspection of electrical rooms, panels, equipment and common areas.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and applicable statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with facility, security, housekeeping and other departments for smooth property operations.
