Job summary

Myk Laticrete in Durgapur, West Bengal, is seeking a proactive Maintenance Executive to oversee preventive and breakdown maintenance for plant machinery. The role focuses on minimizing downtime in a manufacturing setting spanning building materials and related industries.

You will monitor performance, plan maintenance with production, coordinate with vendors, and ensure safety compliance. Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in mechanical or electrical fields is preferred, with 2–5 years of relevant experience

Qualifications

• Diploma or BE/BTech in mechanical/electrical/electronic disciplines.
• Experience in preventive & breakdown maintenance in manufacturing.
• Familiarity with TPM and safety/EHS standards.

Responsibilities

• Execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of plant equipment.
• Monitor machine performance for maximum availability.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
• Plan and schedule maintenance with production teams.
• Maintain records of maintenance schedules and repairs.
• Ensure spare parts and consumables are available timely.
• Coordinate with vendors for maintenance activities.
• Support installation, commissioning and modifications of machinery.
• Ensure safety and statutory compliance.

Job Summary
