Job summary

Yash Placement Services Pune is seeking a maintenance technician to handle breakdowns and preventive schedules for plastic injection, rubber compression injection moulding, HRS controller and mixing equipment.

You will diagnose and repair hydraulic circuits, pneumatic controls, electrical panels, PLC systems, and heater bands while maintaining peripheral units like chillers and dehumidifying dryers. Daily logs and safety compliance are required; TPM experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Familiarity with PLC based controls.

Responsibilities

• Handle breakdown and preventive maintenance for plastic injection and rubber molding equipment, HRS controller and mixing.
• Diagnose and repair hydraulic circuits, pneumatic controls, electrical panels, PLC systems and heater bands.
• Maintain peripheral units including chillers and dehumidifying dryers and record daily logs.
