IRM Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. – Pharma Machinery Division seeks a Maintenance Engineer with hands-on machine maintenance experience (VMC/CNC).

You will troubleshoot electrical and mechanical breakdowns, maintain ISO documentation, and work closely with the maintenance and manufacturing teams to ensure uptime and reliability. • Strong command over ISO Documentation and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance and preventive maintenance of machines (VMC/CNC).
• Handle breakdowns (Electrical/Mechanical) and ensure quick repairs.
• Maintain spare parts inventory and documentation for compliance.
• Support manufacturing operations with reliable machinery performance.

Job description

• Hands‑on experience in Machine maintenance – VMC/CNC
• Strong command over ISO Documentation and MS Office
• Capable of handling breakdowns (Electrical / Mechanical)
• Capable of handling mechanical problem like Turret, Axis, Headstock, ATC and other parts
• 4–6 years of hands‑on experience in machine maintenance and documentation

This position will play a critical role in maintenance department like preventive maintenance, corrective & emergency repairs, spare parts and inventory management and stronger support to our manufacturing operations.
