Job summary

Tema India Pvt Ltd. is seeking a maintenance technician to manage machine history cards, track daily maintenance, and support routine scheduled maintenance for production equipment.

Candidate should have hands-on knowledge of PLC programming and troubleshooting, be familiar with control and power wiring, and be able to perform CNC/NC repairs and preventive maintenance as per the yearly calendar. You may also create PLC programs and respond quickly to faults to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

Experience with PLC programming and maintenance.

Responsibilities

To maintain machine history card for maintenance and breakdown.
Tracking of machinery and its daily maintenance / operational Schedule.
Carrying out routine scheduled maintenance work and responding to equipment faults.
To conduct Preventive Maintenance as per Yearly Calendar.

Must have sound knowledge of Control and power wiring.
Making own PLC and its programming
Must have experience of repairs of CNC controller, PLC and NC panel repair.
