Job summary

GoEco Products Pvt Ltd in Neemrana, Rajasthan is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Engineer to own day-to-day upkeep of plant machines, utilities and moulds under the Maintenance Head. You will drive preventive maintenance, root-cause analysis and MTBF improvements to reduce downtime.

The role requires a Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical/Plastics/Polymer with 3–6 years’ mould‑tooling experience in thermoforming or injection‑moulding.

Qualifications

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Plastics / Polymer / Tool Engineering. CIPET qualification strongly preferred — our process and moulds are plastics‑based.
• 3–6 years in mechanical / maintenance and mould‑tooling in a thermoforming, plastic injection‑moulding or plastics‑processing plant.
• Hands‑on with moulds/tooling, presses, hydraulics & pneumatics, pumps, compressors, vacuum systems.
• Working knowledge of preventive maintenance, RCA, mechanical drawings, and basics of drives (VFD), PLC and motors.

Responsibilities

• Run preventive and breakdown maintenance across forming machines, hydraulic / hydro-pneumatic presses, pumps, air compressors, vacuum systems, thermic-fluid‑heater mechanicals, and the mechanical side of robots.
• Own mould maintenance — fitment, changeover, upkeep, minor repairs and life‑tracking — and resolve mould‑related quality issues (finish, dimensions, sticking, wear).
• Drive PM compliance; carry out root‑cause analysis on breakdowns to raise MTBF and cut MTTR and downtime.
• Maintain the maintenance MIS, PM schedules and readings analysis; convert trends into planned jobs.
• Manage spares min/max levels and coordinate with OEMs, mould makers and AMC vendors.
• Lead and train the mechanical assistants / technicians on shift; enforce safe maintenance practices (LOTO, guarding, PPE).

Our forming process is plastics-based, and we are looking for a hands‑on Maintenance Engineer to own the day‑to‑day upkeep and reliability of the plant’s machines, utilities and moulds, working under the Maintenance Head.

Key Responsibilities:

• Run preventive and breakdown maintenance across the plant forming machines, hydraulic / hydro-pneumatic presses, pumps, air compressors, vacuum systems, thermic-fluid-heater mechanicals, and the mechanical side of robots.
